Short description of project
The goal of the project is to develop intelligent image analysis methodology to be used for real-time quality inspection of photographs for personal identification documents such as passports and identity cards. Each image must be automatically checked for various quality criteria specified by ICAO recommendations. The methodology should work for any kind of image, which requires extreme robustness due to possible image variability.

Croatian partner performed research and development of required methodology for image analysis and testing on various image databases.
