| The object of the project is procurement of the FER’s E-Campus system based on the “Quilt” Content management system and further development of the System for the E-study development center. |

| Establishment of standard-based IT infrastructure which enables the introduction of new e- learning services for Estonian students and teachers; Establishment of the System and course catalogue, enabling easy and student-oriented access to e-learning; Enabling variety of students' choice of specialization by taking courses from other HE institutions; Promotion of the Estonian e-University on the EU level as a role-model of the next generation type of teacher/student national support center in a fully integrated environment. |
